My Approach

My approach in psychotherapy is largely psychodynamic attachment theory, integrated with perspectives from person-centred theory and interpersonal neuropsychology. The aim of psychodynamic therapy is to bring the unconscious mind into consciousness – helping you to unravel, experience and understand true, deep-rooted feelings in order to resolve them. Coupled with person-centred ideology, the focus is on you, staying alongside you as you present your feelings, thoughts and processes.
